Ageing in barrels:
The Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in oak barrels for 14 months.

Tasting Notes:
Luigi Bosca Gala 2 is made of three different varieties that are combined to produce a sophisticated blend with aromas reminiscent of red fruits, cassis and plum, accompanied by spicy notes of black pepper, clove and chocolate that contribute complexity and length.  Sugary and velvety finish in the mouth, with a broad and creamy texture.

Recommended wine serving temperature:
Between 16°C to 18°C.

Recommended Pairings:
It is ideal to match with Manchego cheese, magret of duck and grilled rib eye.
